Tell us a little about yourself or your family or your hobbies.
My name is Ruqayya Calmes from Little Rock, Arkansas. I am 26, and I am a sales professional living in Atlanta, Georgia. My hobbies include traveling, cooking, and getting dressed up to have brunch or dinner with the girls.
Who is your fashion inspiration?
Growing up, Tyra Banks and Naomi Campbell probably had the biggest influence on me in fashion, considering I wanted to be ANTM, but the older I get, it has been a smooth transition for me to step into that role myself.
What is a top fashion trend for you in 2021?
Right now, my favorite trend would have to be rocking monochromatic earth tones and pastels (if that's even a trend in 2021). I really just go with what I'm feeling.
If none, what is your position on how you express yourself through fashion?
I believe that women are breaking a lot of "rules" in fashion which can be very empowering. A lot of today's fashion allows us to embrace our sexuality more which was not something that could be done for centuries.
Can you share your story And experience with aumi4?
My Beetle Bag was a birthday gift from my aunt last year, and it fits my personality in so many ways; it's versatile, quality, and it definitely makes a statement! I love everything about it.

This past year, I've started a small business, and I hope to continue to grow my brand. It's something that I'm really proud of.
